Assured Satisfaction with Vorterra

If you, as the Purchaser, find yourself less than fully satisfied with the results of the Vorterra Water unit(s) you purchased, especially in relation to reduction of water and fertilizer use, we are here to rectify the situation. Within 12 months of the delivery date of your Vorterra unit(s), notify us about your reasons for dissatisfaction and coordinate an inspection and return of the unit(s) with your Alpha Green Sales Agent.

Upon receipt of the unit(s) along with your Money-Back request, the authorized Distributor of Alpha Green will confirm their receipt. If the returned unit(s) are in good condition and accompanied by an original receipt or proof of purchase, we will initiate a full refund of the amount you paid, to be processed within 60 days.

Please note: Any unreported damage (excluding cosmetic issues) at the time of delivery may render the Money-Back Guarantee null and void. We aim to maintain complete transparency and satisfaction in our customer relations, keeping the welfare of our clients as our top priority.
