Barring any specific exceptions for certain products, legal mandates, or otherwise stated conditions, Alpha Green assures each of its Vorterra units ("Product") to be free of material and craftsmanship defects as long as the original end-user ("Original Buyer/End User") maintains possession and abides by the conditions of this Assurance Warranty, valid for up to ten (10) years from the original purchase date ("Warranty Period").

This 10-year Assurance Warranty remains valid if (1) the Product is used solely for its intended normal purposes, conforming to industry-established standards, engineering, installation, operational, and maintenance specifications, recommendations and instructions, including explicit instructions from Alpha Green: (2) the Product has been properly installed, operated, unmodified; and (3) all other Warranty terms have been complied with. Any violation of these conditions will void the Warranty and release Alpha Green from any obligations arising from this Warranty.

Warranty Claim Procedure:

To activate this Assurance Warranty, the Original Buyer/End User should email a copy of the payment proof, issued by an authorized Alpha Green Sales Agent or Distributor, along with the details mentioned below, to contact@alpha.green

Upon noticing any Product defect or failure to perform, the Buyer/End User should promptly report it to the Dealer from whom it was purchased to arrange the return of the faulty Product to Alpha Green's warehouse in Houston, TX, USA, accompanied by a letter outlining the defect, corroborated by a letter from the Dealer. If the Dealer verifies the Product to be defective in materials or workmanship, Alpha Green, at its sole discretion, may either repair or replace the defective Product, or reimburse the Buyer/End User for the cost of such Products. The relevant Buyer/End User will be responsible for all applicable shipping costs.
